We were also paired up with another participant which makes it easier to meet people + can help with motivation in the moment.Class consisted of a circuit of about 9 different exercises (erg, kettlebell, abs, etc). 45 sec work, 15 rest. We did the whole circuit three times and then finished off with some light cardio + abs.The whole time the coach was giving encouragement, tips on form, and variations for people if they needed it to be easier or harder.Really fun and would recommend!
