Great music, workouts that push you, ability to workout alone or with others. Highly recommend trying it out - you wont regret it.

Nothing but positive things to say if you are looking for great workout classes in the Gold Coast. Try Jordan's class at noon on Friday to start your weekend.
January 22 · Chris McClainI love Body High! I took a class here a few weeks ago and have come back multiple times for the Wednesday back/bicep classes. The gym was incredibly clean and the front desk and instructor were super welcoming and friendly. The class was challenging (in an energizing way!) and a mix of weights, tread and body work and I had my own station which was great. I don’t often do HIIT classes, but felt that the instructor was that perfect balance of motivational and helpful! I love supporting local businesses and pretty sure this one is woman owned too so definitely a plus! Highly recommend!
