So glad I decided to start living a healthier lifestyle !Update: I wanted to update this review since I've been practicing and coming to the center for 2 years now! Over the last few years I've had really great experiences, attending a lot of workshops, and connected with amazing people that want to grow and improve their life. Taking yoga and tai chi class has helped me to not only feel physically better but has helped me to get more clear on my life goals and where I want to be heading.
