Understanding how to balance your energy and maintain balanced during stressful times is an important life skill.This center has wonderful Tai Chi/Qi-Gong Masters that guide you to finding your true self. I have been working with Master Dahari and she’s been guiding me through my healing to get through some challenging life situations. I am really looking forward to Finding True Self workshop!
