I had no experience with these types of classes before. It's welcoming to all ability levels and the instructors are awesome. I always felt at least 10x better after walking out of the class. I felt grounded, energized, and ready fo whatever came next in my day. Prices are reasonable and they offer a lot of other classes to help develop your mind, body, and spirituality. Seriously, go try a class out, you won't regret it.

The novice practitioner can easily follow along the more advanced and instructors change almost every day giving the opportunity to try different styles that cover South Korean yoga style, Thai chi , Qi Quong , meditation, workshops, breathing techniques, healing retreats etc. One may attend in person, by phone or Zoom in group or private sessions .Retreats away from Center vary from three days to to week long . Advanced sessions are held with the Master Founder Iichi Lee from South Korea or in person at Mago Center, AZ. The Center has a special location in Sedona Arizona for members who seek enlightenment - a meaningful process through which one is guided by masters and is supported by purposeful attendance for at least one year inconsistency,pledge to humanity,self discovery.The ultimate goal is to Find True Self.Open to all , sessions are held on selected Saturdays - please call the center at 6302306035.Practice can be done seated and encouraged for every day. The exercises help with surgery recovery for my knees and are effective as cancer recovery for both mind and body.Regular free classes are offered and kitty yoga on October,13,2023 is one of them.Updated pictures 2025.
January 11 · The GlobaltrotterI went to try the Tai Chi. Took an introductory class and then signed up for a month of unlimited access to on site and online classes. As I had a medical background, I knew the benefits of Eastern body and mind knowledge and the connections to Western health and exercise activities. There are classes that can help anyone and great opportunities to clear a cluttered mind, loosen up a misused or abused body, strengthen a weak functioning whole person. I highly recommend doing a bit of research as to what they are trying to do to help as it helps to open the mind to the process of getting “better” as a human being. Know why leads to knowing how. After trying each of the different classes with different instructors, I was able to focus on specific weak areas I need and want to improve my life. Give them a try.
