January 08 · eglalnyJoining the center over three years ago has been life changing. The caring and compassion Master Lee shows every student is what allows us all to heal and thrive. Each class not only helps us gain strength but clarity. So many times I have walked in frustrated and angry with a situation and walked out feeling calmer and more in control. When I joined I was very overweight and struggling with diabetes. I was always tired and anxious. Today at 62, I have never looked or felt better. I feel strong, fit and hopeful. I've worked hard to get there, but I doubt I would have achieved this without Master Lee's classes and the warmth and support I find at the center.

The owner and her teachers are all very friendly and make you feel welcomed and part of the family from the minute youbwalk in the door. I've been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and thought I had tried it all. This is the best.
