I have been a member of Brain & Body Yoga for over a year now. Love the whole concept behind this practice and truly love all the instructors here.🦋a very welcoming and positive environment for all participants regardless of their age &/or fitness level.🦋this place offers not only classes (yoga, tai-chi), but other special private or group classes, travel experiences, online classes , private sessions, etc. Options are numerous & depending what you're interested in.🦋I highly recommend to each & every being to truly align your soul with your mind and body "my body is not me, but mine." You have only one life; learn to embrace every part of your being. Start now. You can definitely start here on your journey of wellness & well being.🦋must be able to climb stairs to get to the center (located on 2nd floor) no elevator.🦋parking on site (but can get full), street parking available (residential -free of you can find and or metered parking)🦋one co ed bathroom available (wish it was in the lobby instead of the main yoga room).🦋 the yoga room can get very crowded at times (uncomfortable for myself personally, since I love my space).
