Master Diep, who guides my healing sessions, has been incredibly kind, helping me find relief in many ways, I couldn't be more thankful for her. The workshops leave me feeling lighter, freer, and pain-free.If you’re considering Body & Brain, my recommendation is come with an open mind and heart, it’s unlike anything else you’ve experienced, and it can truly transform your well-being if done consistently (still a goal of mine)

During the pandemic, I continued to practice with B&B on Zoom daily .I like the fact that you don’t need fancy yoga outfits at B&B, you can ust wear something comfortable. Their practice is a modified Korean style of yoga, which includes Tai chi, Qigong. I enjoy learning the Tai chi forms and have found that my balance has been greatly improved with routine practice.It is great to have a yoga studio right in the heart of Wedgwood’s neighborhood. The yoga instructors at the Wedgwood studio are very nice, and everyone is welcome. I highly recommend Body & Brain yoga’ especially to all seniors who want to improve their flexibility and balance.
