April 02 · Karla PadillaNickie is amazing!!! She asks about your goals and creates a program to achieve it. Not every session is the same, which I love! She gives great cues and modifies as needed. As a physical therapist, I am very particular on body mechanics/proper form and Nickie makes sure you are activating the correct muscles and execute the exercises correctly. I send my patients to Nickie when they are done with PT and want to transition to wellness. I trust her 100%!

First time meeting Nicole, she automatically makes you feel comfortable enough to come outside of your comfort zone. She makes you feel comfortable and helps you get to where you want to be at physically. I join the small group Pilates, and honestly it motivates me to come every week! Coming from someone who has never joined any classes and only walks everyday as a work out, Nicole teaches me where to start from the beginning and not just pushes me where she thinks I should be at but where I’m comfortable starting at. So yes I highly recommend you joining!
