Having explored: CrossFit, Orange Fit, Pilates, powerlifting, and bodybuilding, the problem I’ve experienced is that I don’t want to do just one thing or follow the modality of training all the time. At Bloc, Josh Dolph does an amazing job of programming in a way that undulates through the various types of resistance training while also addressing flexibility, agility, speed, and cardio endurance. Whether you’re looking for an amazing gym that is easy to access or community and classes, Bloc is the place to take your fitness to the next level! Let’s get building!

The staff is always nice, the equipment is top notch, and layout/location is great as well.Let's be honest though, $80 a month for a gym membership is not cheap. However Bloc does a great job of adding incentives in for their local customers to make it more affordable. You get 15% off each month if you live in an apartment, are a first responder, military, student, or a senior. With these savings, it does make the price very competitive to all other gyms.By far the best gym downtown!

The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and there’s a wide variety. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help or offer guidance when needed. I especially appreciate how welcoming the environment feels. This gym has everything you need to stay motivated and consistent. Highly recommend!
June 30 · Morgan ReedyNew gym so light attendance and clean!! Staff members are pleasant. This place really needs more full length mirrors closer to the machines and weights. I like to observe my form when I left to help avoid injury. Also missing clocks. I understand everyone has a watch and phone, but others like myself use wall clocks to keep an eye on time and reps. These are two minor grievances I have compared to my over all experience. Thankful to have a quality gym downtown!

All of the staff has been super helpful in improving every aspect of my physical growth. I met with Keenan for a couple of 1on1 training sessions, and he showed me a bunch of compound lifts I hadn’t considered implementing into my routine. If you’re on the fence, at least try the 30 day free trial they’ve been running.
