★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The workers at the night time are offensively rude and don't do any work. How you got six ppl at the front desk bumping music on their own speakers? They do absolutely nothing yet get paid handsomely and on top, are very mean and rude to actual gym members. Maybe , these gyms would be more profitable if you don't have arrogant high school kids on there phone the whole time. Its crazy how good these workers got it, they need to start doing some actual work like the rest of us!
August 13 · Ronny GI’m writing to express how disgusted and disappointed I am with the absolute mess that is your Queens Village location. Not only has my personal issue gone unresolved for over two months, but the condition of your gym and the attitude of your staff are completely unacceptable.Let’s start with the fact that half the equipment is either broken, out of order, or unsafe to use. Machines sit taped off for weeks with no updates, weights are scattered everywhere, and the entire place is filthy. The bathrooms and locker rooms are dirty, supplies are always empty, and it honestly looks like no one cares. To make matters worse, your management staff is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The manager at Queens Village was outright disrespectful when I asked for help regarding my duplicate membership issue. Rather than assisting or offering any kind of solution, I was brushed off like my problem didn’t matter.I have contacted your billing department multiple times and was promised my account would be closed, my card removed, and a refund issued — yet here we are two months later and absolutely nothing has been done. It’s clear this location is poorly run from top to bottom, and it’s ridiculous that paying members are treated like this.I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges, the permanent cancellation of my membership, and written confirmation that my card has been removed from your system. If I don’t receive this within 3 business days, I will not only escalate this through my bank and consumer protection agencies, but I’ll also be sure to leave public reviews detailing the horrible conditions and customer service at your gym. This is beyond disappointing — it’s shameful.
June 13 · Nya CharlesThe abduction machine and several other pieces of equipment have been broken for over four months with no repair. Because of this, I have to go to a different location every time I train legs, which is very inconvenient.Staff never greet members when they come or go—they’re always chatting with each other or on their phones. The only exceptions are the tall male staff member with glasses and the Asian female staff member, who have both been friendly.Equipment maintenance and customer service need urgent improvement. At this rate, I’ll probably be canceling my membership soon.
August 12 · EvieI have been going the gym before Covid and things were good including the staffs, equipments and cleanliness. Now it’s a disgrace machines always broken, ladies bathroom filthy washing hands sink has no water or soap it’s a disaster. The manger walks around with his head held high and all he does is workout. It’s a horrible place and hate going there and the only reason I do it’s because of convenience. I made many comments:complaints and yet to see any changes. What we have to do on a hold is cancel our membership and maybe changes will take place. It’s overcrowded and the equipments are old, dirty, limited and broken we as members have to take come sort of action because we shouldn’t have to working out in such conditions. I usually go in the evenings and I don’t see and cleaners. I really dislike that place sometimes you walk in it’s so hot and smelly. They need new management that guy is lousy and the staffs just hang out on their phones. The gym needs a full overhaul starting with the equipments and staffs. SAD!
March 13 · DONNA COne Star – Worst Blink Location EverI’ve had it with Blink Gym in Queens Village. The customer service is terrible—half the time, the staff are on their phones, and when I asked for help, it felt like I was bothering them. I tried to sign up using my healthcare membership, and no one knew how the process worked. Even worse, no one offered to find out or assist. I emailed the manager, Kenny Rivera, four times and left messages—not a single response. Then came the personal training disaster. I scheduled my first session with Ryan for 6am. He never showed. I waited 17 minutes, and when I asked about it, the staff just shrugged and said, “We don’t have his number,” and told me I’d have to reschedule. Really? To top it off, when I tried to cancel, I was told I’d have to pay a cancellation fee. For what? Terrible service and no-shows?And let’s not forget the parking lot—it’s full of potholes and a total mess.Despite all this, I never raised my voice or cursed at anyone. But I will never step foot in that place again. WORST BLINK EVER. That said, I won’t hold this experience against the entire company—I’ll give another Blink location a try. Hopefully, they care about their members.
