However, some members have voiced concerns regarding the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility. One reviewer mentioned that a number of machines, including "half of the stairmasters," have been broken for months, and that weights were rusty and pads were ripped. Another person noted that the men's locker room has been "consistently dirty from opening to even 9 am," suggesting a need for improved maintenance. While these are valid points for consideration, many find the gym "serviceable" and sufficient for their needs, particularly given the affordability of the membership.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Don’t know where the maintenance fee goes towards this place, half of the stairmasters in this place have been broken for months, and there’s numerous machines that people have broken that haven’t gotten repaired yet. Rusty weights and ripped up pads. It’s serviceable but not the best for the amount of money invested. Maybe if some work was put into being able turn off the tvs and lights at night the reduced electricity bill could get some more money towards thisAlso, during this week 03/23-3/29 the men’s locker room has been consistently dirty from opening to even 9 am so someone on either morning or closing shift has been skipping their duties
March 25 · L BVery Average. Good if you're near the area but that's about it. Parking is so hard to find. My wallet got stolen twice when I left it in the locker rooms. Tried applying for a job there and they never got back to me. I've had continuous poor experiences there.
August 13 · Amit MookramAir conditioner is not working from 1 week is not good we pay every month for gym. Very hot inside gym. Staff say we have no idea. We feel very hot. We r not doing free gym. We r paying for it. People stop coming nd if u don't repair soon we wil join another gym.
July 11 · GURDEEP SinghIf it's possible I would give this location a zero star. The staff is excellent and are always helpful. As for the condition of the gym equipments its deplorable. Numerous equipments are out of order literally every week. When I went today half the treadmills were broken and out of order a sharp increase from the past months 🤦🏽♂️. Out of the few that worked some of them are literally on life support, because when you start running on them they start making loud banging noise, some don't even go up to the set speed or incline. Which leaves maybe 4-5 fully functioning treadmill for the whole gym. With the rearrangement they made at the gym they can afford to buy and fit more strength training equipments. The wait time is horrendous since the gym is always packed. Out of all the Blink location this is by far the worst place in nyc. With the condition of the equipment's the wait time is much longer since people wait for the functioning ones. We pay a yearly maintenance fee, I wonder where this money goes if the condition of the equipments are subpar. As for bathrooms it is much cleaner than earlier months. But I swear how hard is it to keep the soaps refilled. In the mens bathroom only one of the two dispensers work and only two of the three sinks work. I wonder if I have to start bringing in soap from home smh.I just want to reiterate aside from the staff, the condition of this gym went down the toilet. The membership fee is no longer justifiable.
August 01 · NightwingI always workout in this location ever day and never had an issue with them. But today 3/5/25 around 5pm there is a new staff member in the counter her name is Diamond, at least that’s what she told me. She was a black lady with orange dreads. She had a worst nasty attitude ever. She shouldn’t talk to customers like that. She doesn’t know how provide good customer service at all. She was super rude. I really disappointed. Especially this being her first day and she giving an attitude like that, really makes my blink standards go down. Hopefully you guys will take some sort of action against her. I’m going to report this to HR as well. It was really bad customer service, I am truly very disappointed.
