While some public feedback highlights challenges related to crowds and membership management, we will provide a factual overview to help you decide if this gym is the right fit for your fitness journey.
The core of the
Blink Fitness model is its focus on accessible and affordable fitness. It offers a variety of training options, including personal training and a wide range of onsite services, to cater to different workout styles. The gym is equipped for various types of exercises, including Functional Exercises, Resistance Training, Strength Training, Weight Lifting, and Weight Workouts. This diverse selection ensures that members have the tools they need to pursue their specific goals, whether that's building muscle, losing weight, or improving overall health.
However, it is important for prospective members to be aware of certain operational realities. A number of reviews point to the gym's popularity leading to significant crowding, with some members finding it difficult to access benches and other machines at various times of the day. One member mentioned that the gym feels "oversold," making it "too busy to get the workout in that I want to get in in a reasonable timeframe." Another review referred to the facility being "always packed." This is a key factor to consider for anyone with a tight schedule or who prefers a less crowded workout environment.
Furthermore, a common theme in feedback is the difficulty of membership cancellation. Multiple members expressed frustration with the process, noting it was "completely exasperating to try to cancel, even if you’re moving continents" or "borderline impossible, even after moving out of state." It is advisable for anyone considering a membership to carefully review the cancellation policy, which typically includes a 45-day notice period and may involve fees, depending on the membership type and state regulations.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1They have so oversold memberships at this gym. I almost never walk in and see a bench free. So many people whether it’s 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm, or 10pm. It is always too busy to get the workout in that I want to get in in a reasonable timeframe. It is completely exasperating to try to cancel, even if you’re moving continents. Half the staff is wonderful, half hate that you’ve walked in the building. I get that, I’ve worked lots of jobs I’ve not liked. I imagine half of it is people frustrated that they’ve sold 8k memberships when they only have the capacity for 4k. Equipment, as noted, is broken and inadequate. I wish they had a hip thrust machine or at least a real set up for one. They need four more benches (no one uses the upright one) at minimum. Maybe put a couple cable machines in that room that theoretically but never actually gets used for group classes. They don’t need to keep the treadmills that are broken. They do need an easier way to cancel a membership.
July 24 · Quinn EtollThis place is a joke. It’s always packed, good luck getting on a machine without wasting half your workout waiting. They love sneaking in random fees, and trying to cancel your membership is borderline impossible, even after moving out of state. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ripped off.
August 26 · Kathryn KopecMachines remain broken for months, and despite my efforts—speaking to the manager and emailing—I’ve received no real response. I tried to avoid writing this review, but the lack of maintenance and communication is frustrating, and no one seems to care. And to whoever manages these Google comments— I'd rather you go fix the damn machines than reply to this review.
February 11 · Danna WexlerAfter 10+ yrs at blink I think this is were I call it quits. Finally got there early (6pm) to squeeze into a spot to get my workout on. This place is packed, and it only has one room on the first floor to where people aren't walking over your head when your on the floor. 15-20 mins in, person trainer comes in saying the room is closed. In a ridiculous packed gym! Nowhere to go but to stand a wait around for people to finish using the equipment you want to use. The last time they closed the room, I stood around till my sweat dried. There's no daily announcement, no posting on the website or at the entrance, no emails, and no schedules. Just stop your workout and move along because we said so. Whoever made this decision to close to the room isn't paying attention the number of people who sign in, and given the amount of busted machines and the time it takes to fix, this goes a long perfect with their management style.
July 09 · DonnyHi, I'm a frequent user of that gym. The truth is that many of the machines we actually use have been damaged for two weeks or more, and they haven't fixed any of them. We're paying for one use, and they don't give us the quality we paid for. They should fix them because they don't even make us want to go. We have to go farther away to other Blink gyms where the machines are new and very good. Thank you very much.
