★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Came to purchase a 100% soy wax candle and saw they had a lot more than candles on offer! Lots of inexpensive jewelry, active wear and yoga paraphernalia. Didn’t have time to check out a class but intend to go back! Suggestion: call before you go, or check out their class schedule and get there ahead of time; they apparently lock the building during class time. Other than that, it sounded like the people leaving the class had a good workout! Lots of laughter.
April 08 · Verena AibelI stopped practicing yoga about 7 years ago when I moved and I wasn't able to find anywhere that felt like 'home'. I tried to practice on my own but it was never the same. I started following Bldg. 7 years ago, hoping I'd eventually get back to practicing and I am so glad that I did. The classes have been great and everyone has been welcoming. The instructors are kind and comfortable with offering assists. The best in Berks!
April 06 · Lee-Anne LiberatoreI took my first yoga class at Building 7 this morning. Such a great experience. I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the building. Jess’s restorative yoga class was perfect for a Sunday morning. She was very attentive to each of us in the class, ensuring we were performing the poses safely. I felt I was really able connect to my breath during class. I left class feeling peaceful and content. I definitely will be back!
