★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great instructors offering several styles of yoga. Plenty of ways to attend from drop in to annual unlimited. The Yin class on Wednesday is the perfect way to relax.I have been attending regularly for several years now and I love how each class is different and has something new for me to appreciate. A lot has to do with the nuanced instructions from truly dedicated teachers. I will be attending for many years to come.
April 08 · Jon FoxLove Melissa's classes she has a non-judgmental presence about her, soothing music and wholesome flows. My favorite thing that she does is during shavasana!;]
March 05 · Alexandria KotranHad my first class with Linda and loved it. The Therapeutic Yoga class is very beginner friendly and she offers different alternatives based on comfort level. They have all equipment/materials if you don’t have your own (I don’t yet), and the room was very comfortable where you have your own space and aren’t too close and cramped to the person beside you. I’m excited for my next class!
July 30 · Kimberly CipollinaI walked in years ago and keep coming back. Truly a beautiful and inviting space to practice your yoga. A wonderful yoga community that will welcome you each and every time.**Update - although I moved out of the area 3 years ago, I still visit Binghamton Yoga upon every visit to Broome County. What a true gem to have this wonderful studio in your community. Excellent instructors, a beautiful space and fair prices make this yoga studio a go-to every time.
June 01 · Rose MurphyI have been practicing yoga at Binghamton yoga for 7 years. Emily and Jason offer many classes at all levels. And I enjoy them all. Yoga truly is the pathway away from pain! And most classes are 75 minutes long.
