The instructors are friendly and professional and the people who go there are there for the same reason... to improve their overall health. Highly reccomend!!

The instructors are awesome and the environment is comforting. I always feel great when I leave. I love the late 90's and early 2000's throwbacks that they play.. I think the only thing that could make class better is if Derek danced half as much as Ariel does during workouts. :-)
