May 04 · Debbie GarnockPersonal training in a group setting is a GENIUS concept. BFT offers 2 or 3 coaches per class to manage small groups of diverse fitness level enthusiasts. I can’t say enough praise about their coaches (Ian, Ricky, Belle, Paul, Yani and Don). These mentors will motivate, push and teach you how to succeed in your fitness goals. After many years of being active and needing to realigning my workouts with my physical capabilities, BFT always leaves me happy and fulfilled with my performance. As a bonus, the people are just blatantly nice and supportive of each other.
