Member since January 2016. Knowledgeable, caring and fun owner, instructors and staff. Personal trainers available. Class schedule updated as needed. I joined to work on balance, flexibility, and strength which helped me recover quickly from knee replacement, and later, 3 broken ribs. I've made wonderful new friends since joining. It is actually fun and I usially hate to exercise but I find myself arranging my daily activities around mt fittness routine so that I may attend at least 4 days a week. I love that this facility is so clean and the staff so friendly and accommodating. The program they set for me is very attainable, yet challenging. The staff is forever present and hands on. I love the "Fkexability and Balance " class I have been taking and my body and mind feels so fresh and fit when I finish. This is indeed the BEST gym I have ever tried.Love everything about BEYOND FITTNESS.
