That inconsistency with schedules, especially when the app doesn’t reflect changes, definitely doesn’t help when you’re trying to stick to a routine. It’s not just about the workout, but about the whole experience—and it seems like that’s being diluted.The AC situation is another big issue. With the recent heatwave, their AC malfunctioned; they eventually closed it for the latter two days of AC not working but kept it open for the first two days. I have made the effort to go in, and then faced an uncomfortable (and potentially unsafe) environment. Gyms should be a space for self-care, not a place that adds to the discomfort or risk.In recent times, the owner’s shift in focus, and their lack of presence and engagement with members, is adding onto the disappointment. It’s hard to feel valued when it seems like the attention has shifted away from the gym’s core community.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful because I bought their Groupon for 2 weeks of classes instead of the $1 for a week trial! I still cannot believe it. I also explained that I found the deal while on the phone with my best friend who decided to purchase one as a bday gift while I purchased one for myself. He claims that I was abusing the business because it’s grossly discounted.You’ve been warned. I was really looking forward to this! Grossly disappointed.

Everyone in the class is very friendly and the atmosphere is perfect. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to get in the best shape of their life.
