I imagine all the trainers are fantastic yet my experience with Brett was the best! He’s conscientious with the workout and ensures any goal relayed to him is implemented with strategic plan. My metabolism was rebooted, core strength significantly improved and my eating habits are so much better. 🙌🏼

He explained everything In great detail. He assigned me to a trainer on his staff. Louie was great and always explained All the proper procedures with all the machines and weights and how they help your body using them the right way in the wrong way. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone to check out and join you won’t be disappointed.

I can now do workouts i never thought i’d be able to do and they’ve taught me how to enjoy working out. I am so glad i became a member and trained with Brett and got coaching from Zach. Two very nice and friendly dudes who know what they’re doing and teaching!

The Gym is in a great location and it has got a lot of space to get going, I loved working with Brett, he is strict and also listens when you say you cannot. The sessions are really comfortable more of a understanding on what is in plan for the rest of the day or the previous day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to try out personal training experience.
