At first I was nervous about joining because I was new to weight lifting, but the staff is so wonderful they explained everything thoroughly until I felt comfortable with each movement. The warm, open and instructive environment continues to make me feel comfortable, challenged and most importantly safe during each class. The people are so wonderful and welcoming that this place feels more like a community than just your standard gym. I am getting in the best shape of my life because of Bear Mountain CrossFit! She never misses a day to cheer you on and give a tip to improve. It’s been a little less than a year since I first walked in, and everyday I’m glad I did. I’ve feel stronger everyday and have made some great friends. Never have I woken up at 5am with a smile so much as I do now.
