The high energy of the coaches is contagious—they want you to succeed and bring so much positivity to each session. The group environment is also a huge motivator to show up everyday and put in the work. Ambiance is great and studio is clean. Pic is from Christmas Day workout.I tried out a class after a several month period of inactivity due to recovering from a surgery. I was initially thinking that I would add 1 or 2 classes a week into my routine - but now I’m finding myself going at least 5 days a week.There are multiple pricing options but unlimited is the best value overall 👍.

She’s an absolute gem! Amanda is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and always goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is pushed to do their best while also offering guidance on proper form. I came here to do my first Murph challenge, and was very pleased with how coach Maggie was so inspirational for everyone to complete the Murph. All ages, shapes, and sizes can be apart of this challenge. With a team like Basecamp your goals can be reached! Thank you for the experience!!
