I like that you aslo can pre-order your after workout shake in their bar.All workouts follow a similar scheme where you alternate weights and treadmill. It is quite intense, I would say it is not for beginners as their lightest weights are 8lb. May be they can get a couple of 4lbs for some newbies not to look embarassed:)
