The community-centric atmosphere, fantastic music, and encouraging energy are frequently highlighted by clients across the Washington region, fostering a supportive environment that helps people achieve their fitness goals.
This particular Seattle location on Roosevelt Way NE is a women-owned business, adding a distinct and supportive element to the local community. It represents a fitness movement that redefines success—shifting the focus from simply changing your body to being present, balanced, and strong in your current body.

- b3 Strength Classes: These classes focus on building physical and mental strength through slow, intentional movements, often incorporating heavier weights and resistance bands to promote bone density and muscular endurance.
- b3 Cardio Classes: An energizing and fun total-body workout that boosts aerobic fitness and stamina through low-impact, large-range functional movements, providing cardio "on your own terms" without depletion.
- b3 Mindful Flow / Restore: Dynamic and breath-driven practices that enhance mobility, increase stability, and promote active recovery, which is crucial for overall wellness and injury prevention.
- Modifications and Adaptations: Instructors are expert in offering variations and modifications for every exercise, ensuring the class is successful and safe for all experience levels, including seniors, beginners, or those recovering from injuries or surgery.
- Personalized Instruction: While a group fitness environment, teachers like Meghan are "welcoming and helpful to someone new to the class," ensuring clients receive the attention needed to feel comfortable and challenge themselves appropriately.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took Meghan's class while I was in town visiting family and really loved it. I was expecting a normal Barre class but this was much harder and much more functional, I felt like I got a really good workout! Meghan was also a fantastic teacher and really welcoming and helpful to someone new to the class. On my recommendation my family members have been going to the location closer to them in Ballard and I'm looking forward to checking out the locations closer to me!
August 25 · Christina RussoI’m a 72-year-old recovering from two shoulder surgeries in the past year and a hip replacement four years ago. As a result, I’ve become quite de-conditioned and realized that a good Barre class was desperately needed. The music is fantastic, and the energy keeps me going through the 45-60 minute classes that I try to attend four to five times a week. It’s clear to me that I need the support and encouragement of others to achieve my fitness goals. I attended a gym closer to my home that offered classes, but unfortunately, they no longer do. While it’s a bit of a drive (about six miles?), I’m happy to step out of my neighborhood and try something new.
August 27 · Karen LehmanLOVE Barre3 Roosevelt location. I took the first class free option to check out the style of fitness. Found the instructors and community to be supportive and friendly. As soon as the class was over I was hooked and bought a class pack. Took about 6 classes to get the moves down and build strength, but always leave feeling happy. I’ve recommended to so many people already! Try it out!!
June 28 · Andrea GundersonThis has become one of my favorites workout spots since moving to the neighborhood. The studio is warm and inviting and the workouts are always challenging and fun. Kelly and Rachel are both incredible instructors!
September 01 · Lauren AllansonLove the Roosevelt and Edmonds studio, very welcoming environment and great for anyone! They have amazing instructors that make class fun and engaging, while also giving modifications if needed to fit your needs. Can’t recommend it enough!
