★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Can’t say enough good things about this gym. It is not my first boxing gym. This is the atmosphere that any athlete looking for a good workout would enjoy. The coaches care and take time to work on the technical aspects. They motivate and push only to your comfort and safety. Everyone is as welcoming as can be!
October 23 · Connor DunnCoaches here are great thats the two stars, facilities are lacking. Seems the aerial fitness and circus skills are what’s important. The boxing is in a small low ceiling basement which is hard to train in. To make up for the low ceiling you practice in the park where people are drinking and smoking pot, not good for my kid to be around. Let me say again the coach for boxing is great! The images on the google sample are not what seen in the gym.
January 26 · Philip RobinsonTrained here for about a year, as a 68 year old boxing enthusiast out for a self designed workout.Nice assortment of bags in basement, not a terribly attractive place but equipment variety and condition met my requirements.Place felt like an old tyme boxing gym.
April 11 · LorrinGo ninja is an amazing place to learn all about aerial silks! Heather Murphy is very knowledgable in her art. She makes you feel safe and confident to try new skills. The entire Murphy family is extremely welcoming and there is never a dull moment at this gym!
June 02 · Kile JurantyBeen coming here since i was 15. Coach Murphy is a walking book of knowlege and is a great person ontop of that. She treats everybody the same from the beginers to the serious fighters. If you are in the area you need to check this place out.
