July 23 · DR ShawCoach Harold is a wealth of knowledge and makes beginners feel welcome. He explains techniques simply and effectively. Other class mates are also friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns. My wife and I felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Anyone debating taking the trial class should not wait, and send coach an email through their website and get a trial class booked! My wife and I will be joining full time!
May 20 · AlexCoach Harold is certifiably knowledgeable of boxing, and very wise. He is the type of coach who wants you to improve even more than you want to improve, and he will shoot you straight. This gym is perfect for both beginners, and those with experience. (I started having never put gloves on.)If you commit to even a few nights a week at this gym, you WILL learn the fundamentals of boxing, and likely enjoy every step of the way.
March 30 · Logan McNultyMyself and a couple of friends went last week to a class and we had a great time! The instructor was VERY patient and helpful. He was highly knowledgeable and we learned so much in only an hour. It is actual boxing techniques and instruction not a ‘kickboxing cardio class’ but we definitely worked hard and had a great time.
January 03 · Reba DukeThis boxing gym I've been in only once for a trial class but man was it a really solid class. I loved the coach, his experience shows. Also its a small class so alot of attention can be given from coach Cook to fix errors in technique. Also the other students seemed super friendly and solid and eager to jump in and help This is exactly what I look for in a boxing gym.
