Tony always challenges the kids to find their inner strength, develop their mental attitude and push through hard things. We love that he gets right in there with them and motivates them to get better. Our kids look forward to working with him whenever they can. Our family would highly recommend Tony and his training expertise.

She LOVES going to class - even when she is the only girl! lol. I also have 2 older daughters that are D1 athletes - one in softball and the other is a high jumper. When they work out with Tony, he tries to look into what will help them developmentally with their individual sports. I am excited to have him start working regularly with our softball team as well and see where he can take them! There is no one around better than Tony!

I highly recommend this program because Tony is very knowledgeable in this area and puts out a lot of time and effort into these kids. It shows in the training and also the check Ins he would do to see how the boys were doing when they were not with him or coming to see them at their their games.
