It’s a smaller gym which is perfect for me because there are fewer distractions and you can get one on one help from any of their amazing personal trainers. Shout out to Dimitri for putting in about a year and a half with me now and helping me achieve my goals.

My wife and I have been training 4 days per week at Back to Basics since it first opened. The gym is always clean and Anthony is frequently adding new equipment. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to train.

Anthony routinely updates equipment. Anyone who hates on "Back to Basics" is clearly an angry, out of shape, irritable person, and my gym is better off without that type of energy.
