The workout program Leo put together was a huge part of why I’ve been able to return to combat sports pain-free and with confidence. He prioritizes good form and injury prevention, which has allowed me to feel stronger than I ever have and my lifts no longer hurt my back/ankles/knees like they used to. Additionally, Leo is a kind, encouraging, and thoughtful person. He truly puts his clients first and makes tough workouts genuinely enjoyable. Leo is well versed in strength training, cardiovascular training modalities and nutrition. He is easy to talk to and is patient when coaching. I highly recommend checking out the gym if you want to improve your strength and conditioning.The gym has sleds, sandbags, specialty bars, normal barbells, bumper plates, half a dozen cardio machines, an AstroTurf portion, and kettlebells.
February 05 · Steven KimLeo is a very thoughtful, well spoken, and experienced coach. His facility is bright, spacious, clean, extremely well ventilated, and very well equipped. I've trained here for years - it is part of my daily routine three times a week. Show up, follow his instructions, leave. Simple! His approach to functional strength training allows me to maintain youthful flexibility, strength, and aerobic capacity without torturing myself. Some of it is delightfully counter-intuitive, but it all works! I gave him five stars only because Google will not let me give him five thousand.
