★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This studio is such a beautiful and welcoming space! It’s the perfect place to experience the benefits of yoga in a warm and supportive environment. Alexa’s Foundations class was the best way to start my Sunday—grounding, refreshing, and truly enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back, explore more classes, and try the infrared sauna!
March 23 · Ana CoronellGreat place. Will say that this isn’t a studio you come to to work out. Almost all classes are beginner level. They have one power flow on Fridays that’s pretty easy. Wish they had more advanced options throughout the week, but a great place if you’re looking for more restorative relaxation.
June 27 · ChrisAmazing studio in the Astoria West area!! The space is absolutely beautiful, and I’ve loved all the classes and teachers so far. Some familiar faces if you’re used to practicing at places like Yoga Agora or The Yoga Room. An intimate, welcoming atmosphere. Worth the walk from the train, or try the ferry!!
March 25 · joanna marshallAstoria Yoga is a great place to practice, welcoming, spacious and overall great vibes! I took Alexa’s foundations class and it was such a great class, and perfect for all types of practitioners. Can’t wait to go back to try out the infrared sauna!
March 23 · Tayfun HekimogluAfter each class here I find myself walking taller, feeling stronger, calmer and taken care of - by my own self but also by the teachers. Every visit feels like a warm hug. I came into the studio with limited knowledge of yoga as it had been over 20 years since I last practiced it. Alexa’s guidance and her yoga foundations class helped me get back into the groove and now I’ve been happily practicing for a few months. The studio is clean, comfortable and beautiful, scheduling easy, staff/teachers kind - a true gem! Thank you Astoria Yoga!
