I have multiple injuries and chronic conditions, and had been afraid to exercise for many years. Jonathan has consistently adapted to my needs. He is always thinking of new stretches, exercises, and little ways to tinker existing exercises so that they don’t cause me pain, and his knowledge of anatomy and physiology is amazing. Archway has helped me gain strength and confidence I honestly didn’t think I could build. This gym is a great community, and I’m so grateful to be a part of it!

Jonathan is easily one of the most genuine people you’ll ever meet—he has such a good vibe, he instills confidence and is just fun to work out with. But more than that; he’s super knowledgeable and has a smart and insightful approach.Jonathan starts by running you through a series of movement exercises and analyzes exactly how you move. He pinpoints your strengths, spots areas for improvement, and then designs a personalized routine that’s completely tailored to you and your goals. For me, he quickly identified mobility issues with my hips and shoulders. Just a few sessions later, I saw noticeable improvement in my range of motion.Jonathan also helped me train my hand-eye coordination and reaction speed for my burgeoning pickleball game. All I can say is, if you see me out there, watch out.
