The mix of exercises and attention to different muscle groups keep the sessions fresh. I’ve been at it for approximately 5 months and plan to continue. I’ve seen results in weight loss and muscle tone. The atmosphere and client mix at the Freetown Anytime Fitness also make it an enjoyable experience overall.

They are so helpful and encouraging and genuinely want to see you reach your goals! The facility itself is always super clean and is open 24/7. Paige helped me get into small group training and has been nothing but the best in trying to keep me motivated and helping to fit classes into my crazy work schedule. I could go on forever about how great this gym is. If you haven’t looked into it, I strongly suggest you do.

She is extremely passionate and caring regarding my goals and needs. The workout she has planned for me has been successful and she has made me more conscientious of my own nutrition and health needs. She is extremely diligent and encouraging and I am grateful to have the opportunity to learn about myself and what my body needs. She is very understanding, she always listens to me about my body's needs during a workout and will understand that if I cannot do something we can always go back to it after or try something different that day. Paige has also done a phenomenal job with me through zoom going through nutrition and calorie intake,nutritional needs, a personal diet plan etc and I am very grateful. All of the staff at this facility are very caring and always available to help.

I’ve noticed that my body has changed and I am stronger. Paige has helped me with my nutrition and I’ve lost 25 pounds since January. I highly recommend this Gym!! All the trainers are very passionate about what they do!!
