For personal reasons my mom had to leave the gym after a few months, I spoke to Brittney and she was super attentive and helpful in solving my problem. Any time you need anything she's there to help.I've also gotten the chance to talk to other staff members like Peter and Wally and see trainers Peyton and Jill helping and working with people all the time as well.The gym has a good selection of cardio and strength training options, keeping me busy and my daily routines fresh.Push the sled around for a few minutes and you'll realize you aren't in as good a shape as you thought lol.Overall a very friendly environment, lot's of regular faces around and I think the perfect the size gym for anyone looking to get after it.
