★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been attending Annex Pilates for the past month. There isn't enough time in the day to list all of the fantastic qualities of this studio and its teachers. Annex offers challenging, high-energy pilates sessions, and both Celine and Sasha are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive instructors that give their students dedicated, individual corrections and instruction throughout class with enthusiasm. Within the span of a month I've already seen major improvements in my posture, felt my abs being chiseled into shape, and have discovered regions of the body that I've never worked through any other activity, even as a long time yoga practitioner! This studio is phenomenal - can't wait to see what 1 year of results holds!
May 05 · Katelyn WhiteI’ve been coming to Annex Pilates at least weekly since summer of 2022, and for the last year I’ve been taking classes 3 days a week. Annex Pilates is the cornerstone of my wellness routine and has expanded my wellbeing immensely, physically and mentally. Within the first month or two I noticed improvements in my posture and core strength. I used to regularly experience painful neck and shoulder strains that would immobilize me for a week or longer - Pilates has cured that, as well as other aches and pains I used to have in my knees and hips. I don’t think my legs and core have ever been this ripped, I love my Pilates muscles! I feel so strong!I attribute the success of my pilates practice to the amazing teachers at Annex Pilates! All of the teachers I’ve had class with are incredibly knowledgeable about the skeletal-muscular system and functional mechanics. Celine, the owner of the studio, is one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with, her classes are always a great challenge, she’s very creative and always changes up the flow from class to class, plays great music during classes, and is such a lovely human and a ray of sunshine every time I see her. I always feel better after my classes at the Annex!
May 27 · Jill MizellAnnex Pilates offers a transformative and motivating experience.I began my Pilates practice at Annex a couple years ago doing semi-private sessions with my wife to strengthen my core and help with chronic back pain, but since then it has done so much more for me. All the trainers at Annex are wonderful, and I have found a couple slow burn classes to attend regularly that continually challenge me. Celine, the owner, and Angela have both helped immensely in improving my form, posture, mobility, and overall strength. It has helped my running, my guitar playing (through better posture), and many other areas of my life. I recommend Annex Pilates to anybody that will listen to me on a run or gig.Tip for newcomers: Classes fill up far in advance but get on the waitlist for a mixed level class, or schedule a private session or two, and get to know different trainers. Then it’s easier to know what you’re committing to when you sign up for classes in advance.
May 27 · Cameron MizellI have taken private pilates lessons, with multiple trainers, for 20+ years and can honestly say that Celine is by far one of the best trainers I’ve ever had. I always feel amazing when I leave her studio. Celine consistently has new exercises to try, offers the perfect ratio of strengthening and stretching, is extremely knowledgeable about all parts of the body and is an absolute pleasure to workout with. In addition to private sessions, the classes at Annex Pilates are excellent and the studio is in great condition and very clean. I highly recommend Celine and the other trainers at Annex Pilates!
December 03 · alix campbellI have been taking classes at Annex Pilates since the day they opened and try to go as often as I can. I have been attending classes by the owner, Celine, for many years and I was beyond thrilled when she took over the space and opened Annex! I love her classes but honestly will take any class taught by anyone at her studio. I love the whole vibe of the place (aesthetic, music, energy etc) but the best part is that I haven't needed any physical therapy for my lower back ever since I started attending class regularly. this is huge for me! zero lower back for the past seven years. Every class is still a challenge - but I keep going as I am now pain-free. All levels are very welcome here, too !!
