★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is a great place, the teachers are nice, kind, and patient. There's 2 women that I've encountered at the front desk 1 being a youngish brunette who is warm and inviting. The other is an older woman, blonde, and she's so rude, gives you curt answers, and my friend who's daughter also attends had a bad interaction with her, but that's up to my friend to write that review. She's the reason I didn't give AGA a 5 star review.
October 07 · Ray CañasSo far, after about 12 sessions the experience has been good. The instructors are great with my 5 year old and the classes are very organized, structured, and entertaining. They have good seating for parents. I did not give 5 stars because the sibling playroom is lacking both in cleanliness and toys. It's basically a holding room for kids under 4 which is helpful. Prices are good for what you get.
June 17 · Leslie KeeneyAGA is the best gymnastics program in the greater Long Beach area. After attending several other facilities, we are so happy we’ve found our home at AGA. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. There are many class times to choose from, making it very accommodating for working parents. My daughter also attended summer camp here and had an absolute blast. I’m so glad she had a safe place to go this summer. The staff puts so much work into keeping the kids entertained all day and their efforts do not go unnoticed. Thanks, AGA!
September 08 · Chelsea GuerreroWorst customer service ever. Liars and the lady on the front desk is a disaster not helpful at all not even smiling or welcoming the kids. They asked us to pay 50% from the enrollment fees to avoid losing our spot while they were closing the gym to move for another location and we agreed. They didn't notify me when they were back. My kid had 3 makeup classes because of this incident and i gave them notice that i want to drop the enrollment. The man there told me the policy won't allow me to take our makeup classes if you dropped your enrollment. I told him that's fine please schedule these 3 classes during the next 2 weeks and that was on 7/16/22 till the end of July. They told me that they didn't start the makeup classes yet and he will call me to confirm the date and time. No one called me till the end of the week. On 7/23/22 i asked them why didn't anyone call me! The lady said am not responsible for this and the man didn't create the makeup schedule yet! I told her that's fine but we are running out of time, July is about to go end! How could i get all of these clases in only one week! Me and the dad working 8-5! She said we have night classes. I told her fine please leave a note to the man to call us ASAP! No one called me for another week and on 7/30/22 i was there for the last class and the lady told me that the man called you 2 times and you didn't answer!! I told her no one called me they are LIARS!!!!! Why didn't he leave me a Voice message or send me an email!!!!! I told her where is him who is going to fix this!!! She said am not responsible. AGAIN worst place ever not honest and it's all about money their. Will never ever recommend this place to anyone.
August 06 · Mai AlaaI signed my kid for the AGA for Ninja Challenge camp for a week , I was thinking to give it a try and may be sign my 3 year old girl after she turns 3 , I asked for a trial class and my request got turned down because she is 1 month short of turning three. We have an emergency trip to San Diego for my aunt's medical issues and I have to take my kid out of the camp for one day and my request for a makeup class was also turned down. The staff is off and not cooperative. My kid enjoyed the camp though and had a good time, qualified coaches , I saw lots of talents there but lousy customer service.
