★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I visited for the first time recently, and for the first time in six years, I was able to work out without hurting my lower back afterward! After hearing more about the place, I found out that it’s run by a professional physical therapist. I think the thorough treatment I received before the workout made a huge difference.During the workout, everything was explained clearly and carefully, which I really appreciated. And to top it off, I got to relax completely with my favorite combo — sauna and cold plunge. It was perfect! If you haven’t been able to fix your physical issues through treatment alone, or if working out alone hasn’t helped, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I don’t think you’ll regret it!I’ll definitely be going back and look forward to continuing with them!
May 22 · Sei Wang-jing (J.W)Alyesis is THE SPOT if you’re looking to get yourself feeling great again! The gym itself has everything necessary for strengthening and recovery. Chris is the brains behind it all. Besides the massaging, exercising, and posture work, he has shared so much great knowledge and information that I can take out of the facility with me and apply to everyday things to help me feel better and stay feeling great! Keep it up, Chris!Oh, and there’s free parking which is a huge plus with it being in the heart of K-town! Be sure to say you’re going to Alyesis gym!
May 08 · Allen TordecillaIf you’re looking for a new gym in DTLA with an exclusive yet personalized feel tailored to performance and recovery, ALYESIS by Proletics is it! The gym itself is super clean, sleek, and equipped with the necessities. PLUS there is available FREE parking in the structure (quite rare in LA).The thing that separates this from other gyms is its focus on true recovery and rehabilitation. I particularly enjoy the sauna and plunge pool in the recovery area!
January 21 · Clarissa DavidChris has been paramount to the recovery of my knee injury. Where I was having pain just walking before, I'm now back to playing a full contact sport! I started going to Alyesis when it opened and I've learned so much! It has been super helpful going from beyond just recovery to actual strength building and performance. Would 100% recommend!
May 09 · Ned SalI was able to go to their official grand opening and was very impressed. All the equipment is high quality and brand new. The owner is a doctor of physical therapy and is able to customize a plan for whatever you need. After tearing my ACL I have worked with several PTs in the past but I feel more comfortable coming here to further my recovery.
