The workouts are always challenging (in a good way!) and ADAPTABLE to any fitness level or limitations. The community is amazing. All ages and fitness levels, super supportive and never any judgement! If group workouts aren’t your thing, Ray, Robyn, Tony and Heather are also fantastic personal trainers. If you are looking for a new training program, I highly recommend this great place!

They were so thoughtful and considerate with how they structure their offerings, making everything really flexible for your specific needs. After the 3 personal training sessions I felt (mostly) ready for the classes.The class sizes are really manageable, never too crowded. The trainers are really attentive in making sure I have the support I need to feel comfortable with each exercise. It still feels like personal training, but with other people around doing the same thing.Overall, I would definitely recommend regardless of what level you’re starting from. Thanks to Robyn, Tony, Ray, and Heather for helping me feel stronger!

June 19 · Hristina LeonardGot hurt here. You really have to have some sort of experience and they don’t really go slow. The exercises are advanced and I didn’t get a refund and I only went maybe 3-4 times and paid for the month. I did message however no one seemed to care of my injury or not being able to return. Not the best experience obviously and lost money and now dealing with a bruised meniscus.
