This is a totally different work out from any lockbox workout I have done before or any other work out for that matter. Even though I was only able to be there a couple months, my trainer Caroline made me feel at home. Took time to show me routines I did not know and I got a fantastic workout. It is only 30 minutes or so but I get a great workout and I have improved my fitness over the two months. I highly recommend this workout.
