★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I trained boxing at their facility through the summer and the coaches were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the workouts were tough! I joined them with no previous boxing experience and saw myself significantly improve through the summer. The price was also very fair for what you got, and there were no initiation fees which I was very happy to see. Overall amazing experience, would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of starting boxing, and their 3 free intro classes give you a great understanding of what to expect if you do join the gym, and you will have a personal coach for that time to get you to understand the basics if it is your first time boxing like it was for me.
August 07 · Sami KaciReally enjoyed the classes. $120/ month let me do Muay Thai 4x a week with really helpful instructors and a supportive community there. I also got to do technical sparring that showed me my deficiencies without leaving me with a concussion. Couldn't recommend the gym more!
September 22 · SamHave done 3 classes here- stand up people and good Muay Thai instruction with partner drills and sparring. The facilities are pretty bare bones, which is all part of the charm. I look forward to many more workouts and sparring sessions. Ooowayyy
July 08 · Andrew ForsythBeen coming here for a little over a year now and it’s hands down my favorite gym. You learn a lot of great skills, the community is amazing, and you get your workout in.
August 08 · dereck san miguelMy last 7 months at this gym was nothing short of spectacular. The coaches and the people that come here are super friendly and supportive. I signed up to do Muay Thai, and I got to learn a lot of the combos and drills on top of insane conditioning exercises. I definitely will be back in the spring!
