★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1While I am not a frequent practitioner of the Yoga arts…I have been present for multiple SoundBath experiences at 🕉️rd street yoga with Emily…the hospitality and ability to simply find peace for even an hour is so worthwhile…the studio welcomes you in and even after the session is over you find yourself wanting to linger…If you have never experienced SoundBath - you owe it to your nervous system to have an amazing reset…it’s sound comforting you like a weighted blanket and yet being so free and relaxed it’s like floating… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

April 02 · Barbara ZeppI started my yoga journey last January online, but quickly realized I wanted in person, as well. A friend recommended 3rd Street, and it will forever be my favorite yoga studio. Emily works with Rachel to create a welcoming and accepting environment where everyone feels included. I most recently started taking private lessons from Emily, and I couldn’t be happier. She has catered to my needs perfectly. Keep up the great work Third Street!
September 29 · Emily HowardI started Gentle Yoga several months ago at 3rd Street Yoga. I enjoy the unique building and love Gentle Hatha with Shana! Shana is showing me that I can do more. She adds and changes yoga classes, teaching poses and what I am in need of. I leave class feeling relaxed, tightened, and proud of myself! Such a wonderful part of my week. I look forward to adding more yoga classes to my week!Thank you!Gaye J.
