I had a lot of back and shoulder pain from sitting around all day but it has been completely gone since I trained with her for two days a week for around 6 months now. Compared to the other instructors that I have encountered, she really values form and core strength. I definitely see and feel my body changing. The aesthetics of the studio is also a plus! She is honestly the best instructor that I have encountered thus far.

Definitely a workout that makes you feel good afterwards. The instructor is really knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented. She pushes you to the next level with lots of positive encouragement. The location is well kept and clean, with on-site parking (which is hard to come by in Palisades Park). Highly recommended to anyone looking for private instruction!!
