At the beginning of the journey I only thought that the number on the scale meant something but it is definitely part of something bigger.At first, my mental health was sinking with negative thoughts and low self esteem and comparing myself to other people. But, then once I started working out with Krista and Rob I knew that I was in good hands because they truly want the best for you. Stef is also extremely helpful and she always makes sure that you are happy. She is very outgoing and always has a smile on her face.Fast forward a few weeks into working out and I lost some weight but more importantly I gained some confidence back and I am making healthier decisions with eating.During this process I learned that it is long and you need to have patience to see results. The biggest thing I learned while working out at this gym isthat all of the staff truly care about you and they will help you no matter what fitness level you are at.I am forever grateful that I joined the level up family !!
