- Yonder Flow & Restore: A class that challenges both body and mind, with a heat-building vinyasa flow in the first half and a yin-influenced sequence of passive floor-based holds in the second.
- Advanced Flow: Building upon the foundational classes, this flow is designed for experienced yogis who are ready to challenge their practice with new poses, including arm balances and inversions, at a faster pace.
- Private Lessons: For those who want one-on-one attention, private lessons are available to provide a customized plan and focused instruction to help you achieve your specific goals.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I just tried Yonder out for the first time this morning for the 5:45an Yonder Flow. It was such a great class! The flow was great, the instructor Katie had excellent cues so I was able to follow along even though I had not taken her class before. It was challenging, but very rewarding. The space is nice and clean and feels new/modern. I liked that it had showers with toiletries and space for me to get ready before I head into work.
June 05 · Rachel BI’m very new to yoga/vinyasa, but this place has been so so welcoming and warm (literally and figuratively lol). They have met me where I’m at and are so patient while I get my bearings in this new yoga experience. No matter the skill level these classes have something for everyone and I’ve nearly had a workout experience that both pushes the body and clears the mind the way these classes do. Highly recommend!
September 03 · Colby PI signed up for the trial month here and have been very happy with the experience. Given the at the classes cost about $20 as a one off, if you are evenly mildly curious about hot yoga, it makes sense to give the trial a go at just $40.The instructors are, for the most part, I think very good at this location. That being said, I've only been to one other location (Inman Park) of this business, but I like the heat level (hot enough without being too much) and good lighting and ambiance wise (although some ppl might prefer windows). It does get busy here and they pack the space in those situations. Beyond the heat, this is a real work out with a lot of good body stretching, core work out, breathing practices, and the typical yoga instruction with a good mix and balance of it all. The instructors I think also do a good job of offering both modifications and challenge type options for all types of yoga practitioners. They have specifically said a few times "each yoga learner is on their own path" which I like. The idea experience of working out at home in your own and watching a video and not having the heat is really incomparable so I do think there is value here.I don't love the traditional applause at the end of each class. You also have to pay if you don't come but I think that practice is fairly standard and encourages commitment/follow-through. You can find towels there (for a fee), mats (included but you might prefer your own), blocks, straps, and all of the normal accessories needed for practice. Finally, I haven't used them but showers are available on site, which you might need given how sweaty these classes are (it's kind of the point). I have personally found with the heat that I'm able to gain quite a bit of flexibility and often feel rejuvenated both mentally and physically after these classes.I'm till not sure if I will continue on for the normal price of around $150/month as it will depend on my availability and ability to use the pass for it to be worth it since it isn't cheap. It has made me more curious about yoga in general and continuing on in some way, shape, or form after this.
August 31 · Andrew KesselGot there at 7:34. I’m aware I was late, and that’s on me. But I wouldn’t have driven 20 minutes from home if I had known the door would close just 2 minutes after the class started. I found this out when I got there. I checked both online and on ClassPass, and there was no mention of this policy. The staff wasn’t hospitable and accommodating—they only said it’s posted “in front of the door” which wasn’t even very visible and online (lie). Parking was also very difficult. I genuinely tried my best to make it to class, but in the end, I wasted my time and money over being just 4 minutes late.
August 18 · Esther KI was new to yoga and had a great first experience at Yonder. Lexie was super welcoming and made the class easy to follow. Her guidance really helped me feel comfortable and confident. Highly recommend!
