YogaSpa Reviews
I have been going to YogaSpa for quite a few years now. It is an incredible place. So much more than a place to go practice yoga. It is community and that’s what yoga is about!!! Not just taking a yoga class. Jacqui the owner and the teachers are incredible. The instructions and guidance through each pose and the music, the playlists, the celebrations of milestones! Love this “family”. Sunday morning yoga - second week - Jacqui changed up the sequence of poses that are normally followed in this weekly class. The changes were fluid and truly energized me!!! Love this class!! And love the people and this studio.....my “family”! If I could give more stars I would!!!!!
June 23 · Jeanne CaridiA long over due review. If I could give it more stars, I would. Jacqui is incredibly knowledgeable and motivational. The studio is clean. The environment is welcoming and non-judgemental - not always easy to find in yoga studios.
May 12 · Laura VillaniWhere do I start? 5 years ago my life suddenly came crashing down around me. A friend recommended hot yoga so I ”Grouponed” Yoga studios I found Yoga-Spa on my 3rd try and never left. Jacqui and her team saved my life... literally! The “no judgement zone” classes are intense, physically challenging and sooo much fun all at once. I learned to breathe again, connect with my spirit and saw the light at the end of the tunnel. I will be forever grateful for the connections I’ve made there and will miss everyone as I move on to new beginnings. When I’m back in NY it will be the first place I go!!
