Sculpt + hot Pilates are my favorite because of how challenging it is but I love how relaxing the recovery classes are for post runs. The instructors are badass & really motivate you (esp grace & ellie). I love how much of a community there is too, as they host events & encourage you to at least introduce yourself to your neighbor. Warm ups & cool downs are super important to any workout & I’m glad they incorporate that as well. Definitely recommend Yogasix! You’ll become addicted :)

April 25 · Lauren WoodsMy first visit to Yoga Six Slabtown was such a wonderful experience. The studio is conveniently located, clean, and welcoming. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The studio temperature os perfectly warm, the instructor was knowledgeable and inclusive, giving several levels of modifications. I enjoyed the Slow Flow class, challenging in the right way but not difficult. I hope to return soon to check out some of their other offerings.

They offer an amazing variety of classes based on your level and fitness needs. I take Power and Slow Flow- Very different range of workouts and that’s the best part! Your first class is free and worth the try. ALSO shot out to Haley! She’s amazing and her variety of music is perfect for 6am power 😜.
