I have been going to Faith’s class on Tuesdays and I love her approach. And the staff is amazing. Kind, caring, and very helpful. I am sold! I just wish they offered more classes that are not super hot.

They have a great selection of yoga classes on top of the signature hot class including TRX and sculpt and flow classes, whichever is your thing. I love the teachers and the employees. There is a cute little yoga shop inside too. The only thing is I wish they had showers, but all in all, I enjoy going here for yoga.
