★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This intimate yoga studio is just right for me. I'm a woman in my early 70s and want to maintain balance and flexibility. My favorite class is the candlelight restore in the early evening. There are a variety of classes; something for everyone and every age. The instructors at Yoga 6 Pasadena are well prepared, thoughtful and kind. The administrative staff is very personable and always greet each member by first name when they enter and check out how each class was for you upon departure. I have had nothing but fabulous experiences here and have turned on a number of friends to this wonderful place.
September 12 · Christena VeachI loved the class Sculpt & Flow with Natalie. This was my first time ever going to a yoga class. I have never sweat so much in my life working out! Natalie is such a pleasant person who is very good at teaching yoga, especially since it was my first time. The class was fun, engaging, and a great challenge for me. The location was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Equipment was clean and I saw active disinfecting of yoga mats and weights and it made me feel at ease knowing that cleanliness is valued here. I will definitely look into taking more classes and possibly a membership here. I highly recommend Yoga 6 in Pasadena!
September 03 · Emelia MardigianThis is my first time attending a yoga studio & I absolutely love it. It’s very clean, the staff is friendly, and the classes are inclusive to all ages & fitness levels. The restore & slow flow have been my favorite, but the sculpt & flow isn’t too far behind. Each instructor has a different approach but overall the quality is consistent. Special thanks to Kharisma for her amazing & welcoming energy!
September 06 · Nyla CathcartSo grateful for yoga six. The instructors are friendly, experienced, genuinely helpful. The studio is beautifully maintained, smaller in size than many studios, which makes it feel like a yoga boutique just for you. And their pop-up/co-marketing/special events are obviously curated for their clientele and the local community. 💕💕💕
September 05 · Catherine V. ContrerasWe’ve been going to this location mostly on weekends and appreciate the cleanliness, staff, and welcoming environment. It’s good for beginners like me but challenging enough to feel like a good and energized workout. Booking on the app is easy and guarantees a spot in the class. Free street parking has been easy enough for us but they’ll offer to cover parking if we can’t find a spot.
