★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I got their trial week and I’ve been hitting as many classes as I can. I’m a big fan of the fact that all of their hot classes are the same. The predictability allows my body to easily find the flow. Different instructors have different cuing though, which has allowed me to deepen my practice every time as there are so many small details you can focus on.The slow flow is amazing as well. I have a lot of chronic pain from sports. Slowly moving through the poses allows for deeper release of tension I’ve been holding onto for years. The studio is very nice and well kept. I felt very welcome as they wrote my name on the board and welcomed me into my first class. I have already met some very cool people who attend. It’s a great location with great food nearby for after. This is a great space with great people and I would recommend it to anyone.
September 25 · brock timmonsEveryone at the studio was so kind and welcoming on my first class! Shout out to the front desk and the instructor Hailey. Did the signature hot which I felt was beginner friendly with room for modifications to make things more challenging if so wish. I enjoyed that the room wasn't too hot or overcrowded and that diff lights were used during various sequences. The best part was the orange towel fanning at savasana and the cold towel at the end outside to cool down. The pricing is also comparable to other major yoga studios in the area. Overall, I would def return to try their other offerings like sculpt and restore, esp given its convenient location at Stanford mall with plenty of free parking with no time limit.
September 20 · Ying YingThis yoga studio is amazing! All the staff and teachers are super friendly. I have been having a wonderful experience trying out all the different classes. I started with Restore to ease back into yoga after not practicing for over 15 years and I’m surprised how I was able to keep up with it! I also tried their Mobility class which helped me activate parts of my body that had been dormant and forgotten. So far my favorite is Flow & Sculpt - it’s a mix of yoga to start off and HIIT exercises are incorporated as well as cardio. My body is a little sore but that lets me know it’s working! The heat is not extreme with these classes I’ve tried - all under 100 degrees and I’ve lost 4 lbs in just 1 week of practice! I am very pleased!!! Check them out!! You won’t regret it!!
July 05 · Maria Antonieta SolorzanoI'm new to Yoga and have been trying Y6 in Palo Alto. It's a nice facility, easy to get to and everyone is very nice. So far, I have taken two classes, Slow Flow with Julia and Hot Signature Yoga with Lily. Both instructors were great, and I enjoyed the classes a lot. Good pace and a very good workout!
