I got their trial week and I’ve been hitting as many classes as I can. I’m a big fan of the fact that all of their hot classes are the same. The predictability allows my body to easily find the flow. Different instructors have different cuing though, which has allowed me to deepen my practice every time as there are so many small details you can focus on.The slow flow is amazing as well. I have a lot of chronic pain from sports. Slowly moving through the poses allows for deeper release of tension I’ve been holding onto for years. The studio is very nice and well kept. I felt very welcome as they wrote my name on the board and welcomed me into my first class. I have already met some very cool people who attend. It’s a great location with great food nearby for after. This is a great space with great people and I would recommend it to anyone. - brock timmons
