The studio was spacious yet intimate, allowing me to feel super comfortable in class & being able to see the instructor well. Kirsten's restore class was exactly what I needed.- super relaxing. Kirsten's sculpt class was so much fun, with great music and a challenging flow! As a physical therapist, I appreciate the moments in class where we are encouraged to explore whatever movements feel best for our bodies within the guidelines of that position! Maggie at the front desk was super friendly & helped me feel settled on my first day of classes. Tons of parking out front too! I will definitely be back!
