★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been going to YogaSix in Kingston off and on for several years now. The staff is always kind and welcoming. Even being brand new to yoga, I still felt comfortable because the staff is so friendly.More recently I participated in a prenatal series class led by Pamela, and it was so relaxing! It was also great to connect with other expecting moms. I highly recommend YogaSix to anyone wanting to try out yoga for the first time, or just looking to try a new location! You won’t be disappointed:)
August 04 · Katie BornsteinCouldn’t have been happier with my first experience at YogaSix. It has been years since I stopped practicing yoga and I was a little nervous going into my first class because I didn’t know what to expect but they were so welcoming and made me and my friend feel so comfortable. John was our instructor for the slow flow class and he was amazing. He explained everything really clearly and even gave us some alternative movements as well to help find what felt most comfortable. He guided the class brilliantly. Thank you for an amazing first experience. I will def be back for more classes! 😁
February 12 · BWhat an amazing experience!! I've been going to a local yoga studio for years but came across the intro pack for Yoga6 and booked the restore class. It was warm and the music was a vibe. It went so well with the sequence. Pam was the instructor. She took us through each pose, holding for probably 3-5 minutes. I'm not super consistent with yoga, but I go to the gym regularly and lift weights. This was just what I needed. It opened up my hips and stretched my hamstrings. Just amazing. I can't wait to go back and try her slow flow class.
July 27 · Heather DeNicolaHad such a wonderful class it was so relaxing & helped my back feel better. I went for the first time as a drop in & wasnt prepared to go back but I am strongly considering a membership because it was a wonderful experience. Pam lead an amazing class & I am not an expert so I was nervous going in but she made me feel super comfortable!
August 26 · Sofia Ready (sippingonsof)I’ve always wanted to try a hot yoga class, and after hearing so many great recommendations, I decided to check out YogaSix in Kingston. I was pretty nervous since it was my first time, but the instructor was incredible — she made me feel completely at ease. The workout itself was intense, but also incredibly exhilarating. After spending eight hours a day behind a desk, this was exactly what I needed. One thing I really appreciate is that they offer late evening classes, which is perfect for people like me who sometimes work until 7 PM — they have sessions starting as late as 7:30 PM. It's clear they’re thoughtful about accommodating busy schedules. I’m already looking forward to my next class and would highly, highly recommend YogaSix to anyone considering it
